Work is seeking an Employment Advisor to join our Employment team in Kendal. The role focuses on supporting individuals to obtain and sustain employment through our employability programmes.
You will work with unemployed adults, address barriers to work, and provide in-work support as needed across Kendal, South Lakes and Furness. DBS clearance is required and will be funded by Right2
