Class 2 HGV Driver

Responsibilities

• Collecting general and recyclable waste from commercial and domestic customers in Kendal and the surrounding areas.
• Safely driving and operating the client’s refuse collection vehicles (HGV).
• Assisting as a recycling operative when required.
• Ensuring that all paperwork and documentation is accurately completed and up to date.
• This role requires physical stamina and is outdoors, so you should be prepared to work in all weather conditions.

• A driving licence appropriate for HGV Category C (HGV Class
  2) vehicles.
• A valid Driver CPC.
• A digital tachograph driver card.

Hours:

4am – 1pm; overtime is paid.

Rate: £14.49 per hour.
