We are seeking a dependable, nurturing, and trustworthy Kids Club Manager to join our dedicated Childcare team. This role is ideal for someone with meticulous attention to detail and strong multitasking abilities, particularly in a fast‑paced environment. Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, the Kids Club Manager will excel in communication with children, parents, and fellow staff members, backed by prior experience in Kids Club management.

The ideal candidate is driven by a genuine passion for the safety and well‑being of children spanning ages from one to twelve years.

Lead, coach, and train the Kids Club team to provide a safe, fun, and active environment for children.

• Oversee the Kids Club facility, ensuring a safe and secure environment for children ages one to twelve years.
• Supervise children's activities and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
• Assist with the hiring and training of the Kids Club staff, including Assistant Kids Club Managers and Kids Club Associates.
• Schedule staff shifts and ensure adequate coverage during operating hours, monitoring child‑to‑staff ratios.
• Manage reservations and child agreements, ensuring efficient communication with parents and tracking bookings.
• Work closely with the Assistant Kids Club Manager to align team goals, coordinate daily and weekly tasks, and ensure efficient team operations.
• Implement emergency procedures for the Kids Club, including evacuation plans and first aid protocols.
• Maintain accurate attendance records and ensure compliance with licensing requirements.
• Develop appropriate age activities, games, and crafts for children in the Kids Club.
• Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained not only in the Kids Club facility but also throughout the entire gym, including regular club walks and bathroom checks.
• Provide exceptional customer service to parents and guardians, addressing inquiries, concerns, & feedback promptly and professionally.
• Communicate effectively with parents, staff, and gym management regarding Kids Club policies, procedures, & updates.
• Foster positive relationships with members and ensure a welcoming atmosphere in the Kids Club.
• Support the front desk and gym operations when there are no children present.

• 1‑2 years’ experience in a supervisory or managerial role in childcare, daycare, or recreational programming.
• Knowledge of child development principles, safety guidelines, and regulatory requirements for childcare facilities.
• Passion for working with children and creating a nurturing and enriching environment.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with children, parents, and staff.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed to accommodate Kids Club operating hours.
• Detail oriented; systematic and thorough approach to problem solving; good time management, organizational, and record‑keeping skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.

• Must successfully pass background check.
• CPR certification required within 30 days of hire.
• Ability to work in a gym setting; move about club floors and rooms; communicate with employees, members, and the public.
• Ability to bend routinely and repetitively to lift more than 40 lbs.
• Ability to access and operate the company computer system, including preparing documents, entering data, and reading reports.

Hourly Pay Range: $17—$18 USD
