Join our team as a Front Desk Staff at Affinity Management Services, LLC. We are a leading Association Management Company serving Miami‑Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach County for over 15 years. Position Summary

The Front Desk is the first point of contact for residents and guests. Your primary role will be greeting owners/tenants, answering phone calls, handling association inquiries, managing mail, and maintaining a welcoming front desk area.

Essential Responsibilities
  • Answer the phone and respond to current and prospective guests’ needs.
  • Greet guests and walk‑ins in a timely manner.
  • Contact residents to obtain approval for access.
  • Receive and manage residents' packages.
  • Maintain a clean and neat front desk area.
  • Work holidays and weekends if needed.
  • Performs tasks assigned by management.
Requirements
  • High school diploma/GED equivalent required.
  • Minimum of 1 year in customer service within the hospitality industry or similar.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Empathy and friendly phone manners required.
  • Proficient with computer hardware/software.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
  • Flexible schedule and willingness to work long periods of standing or sitting.
  • Bilingual is desirable.
