Human Resources Coordinator

Harmony Health Center is seeking an organized and dependable Human Resources Coordinator to support the facility’s HR operations.
Previous human resources experience in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) is required.
Support recruitment, interviewing, hiring, and new employee orientation.
Maintain accurate and confidential personnel files and employee records.
Coordinate onboarding, employment changes, and separation paperwork.
Track employee credentials, licenses, certifications, and required training.
Assist with background screening and employment eligibility documentation.
Coordinate timekeeping and payroll information with the appropriate departments.
Respond to employee questions and help document HR matters.
Assist with audits and maintain records in accordance with facility policies and applicable requirements.
Previous HR experience in a skilled nursing facility is required.
Familiarity with healthcare personnel records, credential tracking, and onboarding.
Strong organization, communication, and follow-through.
Ability to handle confidential employee information with discretion.
Experience with HR or payroll systems is preferred.
Must be able to speak both English and Spanish
