Management
At Adolescent Wellness Academy (AWA), we think teenagers are pretty amazing people. We see through the drama, the fears, and the “attitude” to the pain they’re experiencing—and to their hopes for the future. Our mission is to provide teens who are struggling with mental health or substance use issues with a place where they feel safe, understood, and cared about.
Joining AWA means becoming part of a compassionate, enthusiastic team where therapists, admissions reps, and support staff work hand-in-hand to guide parents and teens through crises, breakthroughs, and life-changing milestones. If you’d like to join us, we would love to hear from you. Adolescent Wellness Academy offers full-time, part-time, and per-diem employment with both remote and location-specific opportunities available.
