This is a full-time, on-site role for an Accountant located in Kendallville, IN. Day-to-day tasks include bookkeeping, preparing financial statements, reconciling accounts, managing payroll, and conducting tax planning and filing. The Accountant will work closely with clients to provide insightful financial advice and support.

• Proficiency in Bookkeeping, Financial Reporting, and Account Reconciliation
• Knowledge of Accounting Software and Microsoft Office
• Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in public accounting is a plus
