At Home Health Care Solutions, as a Registered Nurse (RN), you will be responsible for providing nursing care to patients in their homes. You will deliver skilled professional nursing care as prescribed by physicians, in compliance with Indiana State Board of Nursing regulations and agency policies. We are currently seeking a motivated and energetic RN to serve the Warsaw area.

• A licensed nurse in Indiana

• Graduate of an accredited nursing school
• Valid Indiana nursing license
• SN preferred
• One year of clinical experience in Med-Surg nursing
• Home Care or Critical Care experience preferred
