The role will begin with office-based on-the-job training. And if you decide you’d like to gain fleet-related qualifications, the business will support you by funding your studies.

You’ll work in a small team – you’ll be one of five – in a professional office environment.

You’ll receive a generous annual bonus that’s based on the company’s performance and have 25 days of annual leave.

Your day will be packed with variety, from obtaining quotes for new vehicles, interacting with employees and car leasing companies, working with various computer systems, and resolving customer issues. You’ll play a crucial and rewarding role in helping customers get back on the road if their vehicle has broken down. You will also join your manager a few times a year and travel to meet your suppliers.

As the Fleet Administrator, you’ll provide support to the business’s employees regarding their vehicles by:

* Coordinating the end-to-end process for drivers ordering new vehicles.

* Using the fleet management system to monitor vehicles and run reports.

* Using suppliers’ portals to order fuel cards and arrange vehicle hire.

* Processing administration related to MOTs and tax.

You’re going to be on the phone a lot during your day, so you’ll be comfortable answering the phone as well as making calls. Basic skills in Excel and Outlook are required, as well as the confidence to learn multiple systems. You’ll be able to prioritise the most important jobs and stay calm in sometimes stressful situations.

You’ll work from the office 37.5 hours a week, Monday to Friday. On both 8 am to 4 pm and 9 am to 5 pm shifts.
