An established, design-led architectural practice is actively seeking an Architectural Technologist to join its growing studio. The practice delivers a diverse portfolio of high-quality projects across the education, residential, healthcare, and commercial sectors
, working on well-considered schemes from concept through to construction. With a strong focus on technical excellence, buildability, and clear design intent, the studio operates as a collaborative, office-based team of architects and technologists. The successful candidate will become part of a close-knit team, contributing to the detailed development and delivery of projects within a supportive and professional working environment.

• Competitive salary of £35,000 – £39,000
  , dependent on experience
• Full-time, permanent position
• Office-based role within an established and growing architectural practice
• Opportunity to move to a compressed working pattern (9-day fortnight) after successful completion of probation
• Supportive, collaborative studio culture

• Qualified and experienced Architectural Technologist
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD
• Confident working knowledge of Sketch Up
• Excellent technical detailing and drawing skills
  
  Good understanding of UK building regulations and construction methods
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Comfortable working within a collaborative, office-based team

• Producing detailed technical drawings and construction information using AutoCAD
• Supporting the technical development of projects from detailed design through to construction
• Creating and developing 3D models using Sketch Up
• Coordinating technical information with architects, consultants, and external consultants
• Ensuring drawings and documentation comply with current building regulations and standards
• Assisting with the smooth delivery of projects and responding to technical queries as required
