I'm working with a well‑established design practice in the hospitality, commercial and brand‑rollout sector, and they're looking for an experienced Architectural Technician to join their growing team.

This is a practice where you're not just another cog in the machine. You'll be trusted with real ownership, working on high‑profile hospitality and retail interiors that move quickly and keep things exciting. The team is friendly, ambitious, and genuinely passionate about what they do.

You’ll be part of a studio that values creativity and technical excellence, perfect for someone who enjoys both problem‑solving and producing beautifully coordinated drawing packages.

• Producing high‑quality technical drawings and full working drawing packages
• Preparing and submitting planning, building regs, licensing and other statutory applications
• Coordinating with consultants, contractors and local authorities
• Supporting commercial fit‑out and brand‑rollout projects from concept through delivery
• Attending site visits, surveys and design team meetings
• Working closely with Designers and Senior Technicians to keep projects on track

• Prior experience in an architectural or design‑led environment
• Strong technical knowledge and confidence producing detailed drawings
• Experience in hospitality, retail or commercial interiors is a big advantage
• Advanced AutoCAD skills
• Good understanding of Planning, Building Regs, CDM and design risk
• Someone who is comfortable juggling multiple projects and working to tight deadlines
