Pay: £89–£100 per day (PAYE)

• Support communication and interaction
• Use visual and alternative communication tools (PECS, Makaton, AAC)
• Work with speech and language programmes
• Support confidence and independence
• Collaborate with therapists and SEND professionals

• Interest in communication needs for non-verbal learners
• Patient, observant and supportive
• Willing to learn AAC systems and use PECS or Makaton
• Full-time availability
• DBS required and up-to-date safeguarding checks

• Specialist SEND support roles
• Weekly PAYE pay and clear structure
• Communication-focused CPD and consultant support
• Partner with Nasen for resources and development
