Space 8 Recruitment are pleased to be partnering a thriving practice in Warwickshire to recruit a Trust & Estates Tax Advisor. (This role is offered on a remote or hybrid basis)

This modern, forward-thinking practice has 2 offices in Warwickshire and has been growing both organically and via acquisition at a good pace for several years.  Originally established in the 90s, this firm now employs over 40 staff and offers a comprehensive benefits package including remote / hybrid working.

The Role

This role could be offered on a part or full time basis.

Responsibilities include:

Provide bespoke Inheritance Tax planning advice, including the use of exemptions, reliefs, gifting strategies, and business property relief
Assess client's circumstances to recommend appropriate wealth structures, such as trusts or family investment companies
Identify and implement legitimate tax planning opportunities for individuals and business owners
Advise on and manage the ongoing implications of trust structures, including the 10-year periodic tax charge and exit charges
Maintain accurate records and prepare detailed, clear client reports and financial planning documents
Keep up to date of legislative changes and HMRC guidance that affect clients' tax and estate planning
What are we looking for?

Ideally CTA or STEP Qualified.
Experienced in advising clients on Inheritance Tax, trust structures & wealth strategies.
