Pay: £13.50-£14.00 per hour

Domiciliary Care Workersto join our existing staff bank! £13.50-£14.00 per hour,plus benefits,+ Mileage

We are currently recruiting for domiciliary care workers for immediate starts to work in the private clients' homes in Warwickshire and the West Midlands, including Kenilworth, Solihull, Warwick, Stratford-upon-Avon, Coventry and surrounding areas.

• Assist clients with daily living activities such as personal hygiene, dressing, and grooming.
• Provide meal preparation and ensure dietary needs are met.
• Offer companionship and emotional support to enhance the quality of life for clients.
• Administer first aid and monitor health conditions as needed, reporting any changes to the appropriate healthcare professionals.
• Help with mobility and transportation, including driving clients to appointments or social activities when required.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients by performing light housekeeping tasks.
• Document care provided and communicate effectively with team members and family members regarding client progress.
• Zero-hour contract

• Previous experience in nursing homes, home care, or assisted living settings is preferred but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with patient care practices, first aid techniques, and meal preparation is advantageous.
• Experience in childcare may also be beneficial for those working with younger clients or families.
• A caring attitude, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently are essential traits for success in this role.
