Material handler - warehouse operative

Are you passionate about premium automotive brands? Do you want to play a key role in managing high-profile vehicle fleets? Randstad is proud to partner with JLR (Jaguar Land Rover) to recruit a dedicated Warehouse Operative for their Event Vehicle Operations (EVO) team based at Fen End.

As a Warehouse Operative within the EVO division, you will form the backbone of JLR's vehicle logistics and parts/equipment handling process. Supporting everything from exclusive motoring events to large-scale international marketing launches, you will ensure seamless stock movement, secure storage, and accurate administration for event fleets. This is a Full-time / Permanent position.

• Logistics & Movement:
  Coordinate inbound and outbound vehicle transporters, facilitate workshop movements, and assist with vehicle charging.
• Inventory & Administration:
  Manage key and equipment handovers using the Traka system, perform site stock counts, conduct vehicle audits, and process transporter documentation.
• Yard & Warehouse Operations:
  Optimize parking and storage organization, enforce strict site health and safety standards, and handle gatehouse communications.
• Front-of-House Support:
  Assist with customer or contractor receiving and provide face-to-face support at reception when required.

• A full, clean driving license (essential).
• Strong warehouse or logistics coordination skills with high attention to detail.
• Excellent communication abilities and the confidence to elevate operational issues appropriately.
• Flexibility to work across departments, adapt to shifting priorities, and support overtime or shift arrangements.
• A strong commitment to JLR's safety culture and brand standards.

• Competitive Pay: £16.39 - £18.64 per hour (depending on shift/experience).
