Location: Warwickshire Offices.

Working Pattern: Hybrid – Monday/Friday remote, Tuesday–Thursday office.

Salary: £32 K–£36 K dependent on experience plus benefits: 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, discretionary bonus, annual eye test voucher.

Contract: Full Time, Permanent.

Driving: Car owner and valid driving licence required.

We are recruiting a Marketing and Communications Executive with proven B2B experience, ideally within a membership/client service‑led organisation such as a trade association, to effectively coordinate and lead the communications and marketing programme.

• Develop and manage brand guidelines and communications strategy.
• Oversee website content and manage external media relations.
• Lead social media strategy, create graphics, and support email marketing templates.
• Plan, coordinate and promote shows, conferences and events.
• Analyse performance data, track marketing campaigns and provide insights.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and manage budgets.

• Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in B2B communications and marketing.
• BA degree or equivalent in communications, marketing, linguistics, English or similar.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
• Experience creating graphics for social media and mailer templates (advantage).
• Strong editing, copywriting and proofreading skills.
• Confident and motivated to work independently and under pressure.
• In‑depth understanding of social media platforms and tools.
• Strong organisational, planning and project management skills.
• Data analytical skills and budget management skills.
• Proficient in IT with Microsoft Office, CRM, website management.
• Knowledge and genuine interest in motor sport or its engineering industry is an advantage.
