Working Pattern: 35 hours – Monday to Friday, 6:30am to 2pm. Candidates must have access to a vehicle; public transport links are not available.

• Support senior chefs in prepping, cooking, and plating dishes across a range of menus.
• Bring care, consistency, and pride to every task, big or small.
• Learn new skills, absorb techniques, and never stop asking, “Can I give that a go?”
• Pitch in with a positive vibe and help keep service smooth, speedy, and stress‑free.
• Maintain food safety and hygiene standards; keep stations and plates clean.
• Serve customers on the counter during meal services.

• A love for food, flavour, freshness, and finesse.
• Team spirit and a positive, proactive attitude.
• Good timekeeping, a cool head, and the ability to follow instructions like a pro.
• Someone who takes pride in doing tasks properly, even the prep jobs.
• Relevant culinary training is a bonus.
