Educator - Kenmore Kindergarten

Join our Kenmore Kindergarten team! Casual role, close to school & OSHC, with inspiring outdoor play and a friendly, supportive team!

We're looking for a warm and enthusiastic casual educator to join our small Kindergarten in Kenmore. Located within the Prep building at Our Lady of the Rosary Primary School, our 22-place Kindy benefits from a strong connection with the school. Our Kenmore kindergarten is also located on the same site as our Outside School Hours Care program. We operate during school terms (40 weeks/year), from 8:30am – 2:45pm.

• Assist in the delivery of a high quality, inclusive, educational program
• Provide children with a safe, secure, welcoming and nurturing environment
• Work as an effective team member to ensure the best outcomes for children and families
• Participate in professional and personal development
• Promote the service within the local community in accordance with the Vision, Mission and Values of Catholic Early EdCare.

• Diploma in Early Childhood Qualification (or equivalent as per ACECQA guidelines) is preferred.
• Experience with in an education and care service
• First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certification
• Working with Children Check (Blue Card) from the Queensland Government
• Knowledge and understanding of the National Quality Framework and National Law/Regulations.
• Conversant with Early Years Learning Framework & the QLD Kindergarten Learning Guidelines
• Effective oral and written communication within the workplace
