• A friendly, enthusiastic personality and genuine passion for customer service
• Proven ability to sell with integrity and confidence
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Experience as a Service Advisor (European vehicle experience is a plus)
• Ability to stay organized and focused in a busy shop environment
