Center Director

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Center Director to oversee daily operations, lead staff, and ensure the center’s programs and services meet high standards of quality and efficiency. The ideal candidate will be an effective communicator and strategic thinker who can manage both people and processes to achieve organizational goals.

• Supervise the overall operations of the center to ensure smooth and effective daily performance.
• Provide guidance, support, and professional development opportunities to staff.
• Maintain compliance with all organizational policies, procedures, and applicable regulations.

• Support the creation and delivery of programs that align with the organization’s mission and objectives.
• Monitor program effectiveness and recommend improvements as needed.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure services meet client and community needs.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, families, and local partners.
• Represent the center at events, meetings, and community outreach activities.
• Foster a welcoming and inclusive environment for all stakeholders.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Education, Management, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Proven experience in a leadership or management role, ideally within an educational, healthcare, or community-based setting.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage budgets, staff, and operational goals effectively.

• CPR and First Aid Certification
• Leadership or Management Certification

• Competitive salary range: $80,000.00 – $90,000.00
