Scope

of Work:

The Incumbent is responsible for the imaging of collateral files and documentation; managing original documents and perfecting liens.

Essential Functions (3):
  • Post Closing File Processing – Scans any and all documents within the new loan file ensuring they are properly labeled and filed; includes handling of original documents such as note, mortgage and title policy
  • Imaging – Scanning on-going documentation on existing loan files as received ensuring appropriately labeled and filed
  • Perfecting Collateral – Recording of mortgages, assignments and other documents at the appropriate Registry of Deeds; and motor vehicle titles at the Secretary of State

  • Promotes the Kennebunk Savings Brand by recommending our products and services, supporting our community focus & commitment to being a premier employer
  • Understands, supports and adheres to applicable organizational policies/procedures and state/federal regulations
  • Consistently emphasizes the importance of teamwork in the department and company at large
  • Responsible for keeping abreast of company news and information
  • Responsible for completing required training and policy review
  • May serve on various committees
  • Willingness to take on additional tasks and duties
