Location: Float across up to 75 ambulatory offices within the Southern Region

The Patient Service Representative (PSR) - MMC BID SAN plays a key part in creating a welcoming, supportive, and efficient experience for patients across our Southern Region ambulatory practices. As a valued member of the float pool, you will adapt to the needs of various clinic locations while ensuring high-quality administrative and patient-facing support.
Key Responsibilities- Warmly greet patients and visitors, providing friendly and professional customer service
- Answer and route incoming telephone calls
- Schedule, cancel, and adjust appointments with accuracy and care
- Support daily clinic operations by performing general office and administrative tasks
- Collect, verify, enter, and monitor patient information
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and Maine Health confidentiality policies
- Collaborate closely with clinical and administrative staff to support efficient patient flow
High School diploma or GED preferred.
Certifications:
Driver's license may be required.
Experience in a medical office and customer service preferred.
