Location:
Kennebunk, ME (with flexibility to cover in Sanford, ME)
Schedule:
Monday-Friday between the hours of 8:30 AM-5:00 PM (36 hours per week)

Full-time, onsite.
Are you a detail‑oriented professional with experience in medical clerical work? Pain Care is seeking a dedicated Patient Service Specialist to join our team in Kennebunk, with occasional coverage in Sanford.
About the Role:As a Patient Service Specialist, you will play a vital role in delivering a high‑quality experience for our patients by managing front desk responsibilities, supporting providers, and ensuring the smooth operation of daily administrative tasks.
- Work Hours:
Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM - Primary

Education:
High school diploma or GED preferred.

Six months of medical office experience required

Proficient computer skills.
- Welcome and check in patients, ensuring accurate and complete registration
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Verify insurance and collect copayments
- Answer phone calls and direct inquiries appropriately
- Support clinical staff with administrative needs
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
- A supportive and collaborative work environment
- A consistent weekday schedule (no weekends or evenings)
