Kennebunk, ME (with flexibility to cover in Sanford, ME)

Schedule:

Monday-Friday between the hours of 8:30 AM-5:00 PM (36 hours per week)

Are you a detail‑oriented professional with experience in medical clerical work? Pain Care is seeking a dedicated Patient Service Specialist to join our team in Kennebunk, with occasional coverage in Sanford.

As a Patient Service Specialist, you will play a vital role in delivering a high‑quality experience for our patients by managing front desk responsibilities, supporting providers, and ensuring the smooth operation of daily administrative tasks.

Proficient computer skills.

• Welcome and check in patients, ensuring accurate and complete registration
• Schedule and confirm appointments
• Verify insurance and collect copayments
• Answer phone calls and direct inquiries appropriately
• Support clinical staff with administrative needs
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
