Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) at Woodfords’ Expedition Program play a vital role in assisting adults with developmental and intellectual disabilities to live fulfilling and independent lives. They engage in a range of community and center‑based activities while incorporating therapeutic and evidence‑based practices that foster the achievement of personalized goals and future planning.

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Valid driver’s license & use of a reliable vehicle with current auto insurance
• Direct Support Professional (DSP) certification, or successful completion of the full DSP course within 6 months of hire (employees are paid by Woodfords when attending DSP training)
