The Patient Service Representative (PSR) – MMC BID SAN plays a key part in creating a welcoming, supportive, and efficient experience for patients across our Southern Region ambulatory practices. As a valued member of the float pool, you will adapt to the needs of various clinic locations while ensuring high‑quality administrative and patient‑facing support.

• Warmly greet patients and visitors, providing friendly and professional customer service
• Answer and route incoming telephone calls
• Schedule, cancel, and adjust appointments with accuracy and care
• Support daily clinic operations by performing general office and administrative tasks
• Collect, verify, enter, and monitor patient information
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and Maine Health confidentiality policies
• Collaborate closely with clinical and administrative staff to support efficient patient flow

  High School diploma or GED preferred
• License/Certification:
  Driver’s license may be required

  Experience in a medical office and customer service preferred
