Overview

Shift Managers for Opening & Day Shifts – McDonald's, looking for leaders with previous management experience and flexible availability. Competitive pay: $18–$19 per hour, with flexible scheduling.

• Lead shifts every week, ensuring fast, accurate, friendly service.
• Provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to maintain quality, service and cleanliness.
• Plan each shift, monitor performance, take action to meet standards, monitor safety, security, and profitability, and communicate with the next Shift Manager to help prepare them.
• May be responsible for meeting department targets and helping assigned departments meet goals.

• Previous leadership experience in a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment.
• Positive team player with flexible schedule.
• Age 18 or older.
