Tillotek, in collaboration with our esteemed client Federal Jack's. One of the state's first brew pubs, Federal Jack's is also the birthplace of Shipyard Brewing Company’s award‑winning line of handcrafted ales. Located at 8 Western Ave in Kennebunk, this airy, seminal Maine tavern offers upscale grub and water views with its signature house‑made ales.

At Federal Jack's, we take great pride in our food. We’re looking for Line Cooks who share our commitment to quality, with the skills to execute flawlessly in a high‑pressure environment. As a Line Cook in our kitchen, you will be responsible for preparing food orders according to our recipes and specifications, while ensuring that all orders are cooked in a timely manner.

You will also be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of your workstation and adhering to all food safety and sanitation guidelines. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working in a fast‑paced kitchen, as well as the ability to work well under pressure. You will be an important part of a dedicated team who knows the importance of communication and willingness it takes to create the delicious food that we are known for.

Qualifications

  • Flourish in a fast‑paced, high‑energy culinary setting, delivering exceptional results.
  • Possess basic awareness of kitchen sanitation and safety guidelines, although prior experience is not mandatory.

  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for 8 hours per day.
