Sales Associate

Overview

Sales Associate:
Fulfill the merchandising needs of our grocery-related customers through stocking shelves, building and maintaining displays, and partnering with nationally recognized customers. Represent world-famous brands such as Oreo, Ritz, Belvita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit, and other industry-leading snacks.

• Carry out in-store visits according to Mondelez visit method to cover for teammates as needed.
• Order products (via iPad) for shelf and display to ensure in-stock conditions.
• Represent and maintain Nabisco leading brands by following Mondelez merchandising guidelines.
• Coordinate with store managers and communicate issues to Mondelez management as needed.
• Follow the daily route plan prepared by the operations team to ensure efficient in-store service.
• Enhance seasonal sales, displays, and new product launches.
• Work with Merchandisers to ensure inventory is fully stocked, rotated, and presentable.

• Base salary range: $31,300 to $54,400, with eligibility for bonuses based on performance and company results; potential participation in long-term incentive programs.

• Be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment and handle physical activities (repetitive lifting, bending, carrying up to 25 lbs) including stocking products.
• Live within 25–35 miles of the primary location:
  Biddeford, ME.
• Ability to drive to secondary locations:
  Sanford, Wells, Kennebunk, ME.
• Full schedule availability required.

Mondelez International also offers a company vehicle with a gas card and maintenance program. No relocation support available.
