Appliance Sales Consultant

Overview

Appliance Advantage is looking for a Sales Consultant to join our team. As a Sales Consultant, you will be the face of the company, handling customer questions about products and services, maintaining customer satisfaction, expanding knowledge on company offerings, handling complaints, and assisting with store floor displays and tidiness.

• Greet customers, answer questions, engage with merchandise, and provide exceptional customer service
• Guide customers to merchandise within the store
• Organize and maintain an orderly appearance throughout the store floor
• Demonstrate strong product knowledge
• Contribute to the department’s sales goals on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis; actively seek out customers in the store
• Build and sustain customer relationships

Compensation: $25,000.00 - $ per year
