A Banquet Server is responsible for the setup and service of all assigned banquet functions.

ResponsibilitiesQualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent and/or experience in a hotel or related field preferred.
- Alcohol Awareness Certification (must comply with State regulations).
- Ability to communicate information and ideas clearly.
- Ability to evaluate and select among alternative courses of action quickly and accurately.
- Ability to work well under stressful, high-pressure situations.
- Approach all guest and employee interactions in a friendly, service-oriented manner.
- Maintain regular attendance in accordance with Aimbridge Hospitality standards, as required by scheduling, which varies according to hotel needs.
- Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming, including wearing the proper uniform and name tag when working (per brand standards).
- Comply with Aimbridge Hospitality standards and regulations to ensure safe and efficient hotel operations.
- Meet certification requirements relevant to the position, such as Alcohol Awareness, Food Handler, Safety, etc.
- Maintain a friendly and warm demeanor at all times.
- Perform preparatory tasks and side work duties to ensure prompt and efficient guest service.
- Read and understand the Banquet Event Order and be familiar with the menu of the assigned function.
- Perform other duties as required.
