Assistant Operations Manager (MSY)

Reporting to the General Manager, you will lead daily floor operations at the airport. You thrive in a fast‑paced environment and are a hands‑on coach for security, customer service, and sales.

• Spend 80% of time on the floor in a customer‑facing environment at the airport
• Ensure CLEAR and TSA policy and procedures are conducted with the highest levels of security and integrity
• Monitor and drive security, service, and sales on each shift
• Manage shift briefings, debriefs, huddles, and any changes, breaks, and rotations; coach, mentor, and train the team to meet sales and customer service goals and standards
• Oversee asset control & devices – understand how our technology works and troubleshoot when necessary
• Represent CLEAR throughout the airport, TSA, and airline community by building strong stakeholder relationships
• Manage incident prevention and responses
• Attend station management team meetings

• 1‑2 years of leadership experience in a customer‑facing operation (e.g., retail, restaurants, hospitality, rental cars)
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to motivate, mentor, and influence others
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in an ever‑changing environment
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks
• Proficiency in using technology daily in your work
• Required to successfully complete a government background investigation
• Ability to stand/walk for extended periods of time
• Ability to follow policies and procedures set forth by CLEAR, airport, state, and federal regulations
• Availability to work a non‑traditional schedule (weekends, holidays, early mornings, and/or evenings)
