Job Summary:

This role will be responsible for assembling, wiring, and testing custom control panels and switchboards for marine applications. Your expertise will ensure the reliable operation of control systems that are vital to our clients' maritime operations. • Assemble and wire custom control panels and switchboards according to specifications.
• Read and interpret electrical schematic drawings with precision.
• Troubleshoot and test control circuits, collaborating with engineers to resolve issues.
• Lead and mentor a team of technicians through the complete switchboard and panel build process.
• Work closely with management to identify and resolve manufacturing challenges efficiently.
• Support rush projects by working evenings and weekends as needed.

• Proven experience in fabrication, assembly, wiring, and testing of electrical equipment.
• Strong ability to read and understand electrical control schematics.
• Knowledge of hydraulic components, including service and troubleshooting.
• Experience training or supervising technicians.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends when necessary.
• Relevant certifications or technical training in electrical or control systems are preferred.
• Prior experience in marine or industrial environments is a plus.
