Job Description

Responsible for managing the overall operations of the kitchens and personnel to ensure guest satisfaction and compliance with departmental, health, safety, and regulatory standards.

• Oversee kitchen operations to ensure compliance with goals, standards, and standards, including health, safety, and regulatory requirements.
• Supervise all Room Chefs and Assistant Chefs directly.
• Manage staffing levels according to departmental and business needs.
• Review financial reports and implement improvements in operations.
• Assist in establishing budgets, monitor financial performance, and oversee menu, recipes, and food costs.
• Promote positive guest relations at all times.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Culinary training or apprenticeship certification.
• Minimum of 2 years in a similar role.
• Extensive knowledge of food products, recipes, and presentation styles.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to obtain and maintain necessary licenses and certifications.
