This role is key to maintaining the operational and sanitary conditions of our freezers and coolers, ensuring members receive high‑quality, ready‑to‑sell products.

Base pay range: $16.00/hr – $23.00/hr

• Stack and organize stock in freezers, coolers, and deli area, ensuring temperature control, proper packaging, and expiration date checks.
• Maintain clean, sanitized shelves, remove damaged goods, and restock displays.
• Provide customer service in the deli department, assisting members, resolving issues, and promoting Sam’s Club products.
• Conduct safety sweeps, handle hazardous materials, and follow forklift spotting procedures.
• Complete required audits, paperwork, logs, and other documentation per company policies.
• Operate, repair, and sanitize equipment; monitor fans, drains, and door operations.

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must successfully complete all job‑required trainings and assessments within a prescribed time period.

The hourly wage range for this position is $16.00 to $23.00*. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the applicable minimum wage. Additional compensation may include premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour under specific circumstances.
