Freezer, Cooler and Deli Stocker Associate
Join Sam’s Club as a Freezer, Cooler and Deli Stocker Associate and be part of a team that keeps fresh food shelves stocked and customers smiling. This role is key to maintaining the operational and sanitary conditions of our freezers and coolers, ensuring members receive high‑quality, ready‑to‑sell products.
Base pay range: $16.00/hr – $23.00/hr
Responsibilities- Stack and organize stock in freezers, coolers, and deli area, ensuring temperature control, proper packaging, and expiration date checks.
- Maintain clean, sanitized shelves, remove damaged goods, and restock displays.
- Provide customer service in the deli department, assisting members, resolving issues, and promoting Sam’s Club products.
- Conduct safety sweeps, handle hazardous materials, and follow forklift spotting procedures.
- Complete required audits, paperwork, logs, and other documentation per company policies.
- Operate, repair, and sanitize equipment; monitor fans, drains, and door operations.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Must successfully complete all job‑required trainings and assessments within a prescribed time period.

The hourly wage range for this position is $16.00 to $23.00*. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the applicable minimum wage. Additional compensation may include premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour under specific circumstances.
