Position: Sales Associate (Part-Time) - Loyola, Kenner, LA

Position Summary

A Part-Time Sales Associate is expected to drive sales and build customer relationships through excellent customer service and selling techniques. Responsibilities include merchandise handling, sales, customer relations, and store maintenance. Key focus areas are customer service, sales, and teamwork.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Display fashion and trend knowledge to meet customer needs, maintain standards, and build relationships.
  • Assist with shipments, merchandising, restocking, and pricing.
  • Maintain a positive, energetic attitude with customers and team members.
  • Follow all company policies and participate in service and product training.
  • Ensure visual standards are met, restocking is completed, and inventory is properly represented.
  • Help prevent theft and maintain store organization.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
    • Qualifications

    Education and Experience
    • Retail or customer service experience preferred but not required.
    • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
    Skills and Knowledge
    • Excellent command of English for communication.
    • Basic fashion trend knowledge and customer service desire.
    • Problem-solving, analytical, detail-oriented, flexible, and interpersonal skills.
    Physical Requirements
    • Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and work in a fast-paced environment.
    • Reliable transportation required.
