Job Duties- Setting Appointments: 6–8 hours per week – reach out to potential clients who have requested coverage and schedule a discussion about mortgage protection.
- Research: 4–5 hours per week – analyze the client’s information to customize options for death or disability protection.
- Meeting with Families: 2 days per week – meet with clients virtually or in‑person to present options, discuss coverage details, and help them apply.
- Administrative: 2 hours per week – follow up with insurance carriers to facilitate client applications through underwriting.
We are looking for coachable, challenge‑seeking, self‑disciplined individuals with a growth mindset. Skill set is not everything for this position.

Compensation and ExpectationsThis is a commission‑only sales role. The average commission on a mortgage protection product is approximately $600 per family. A full‑time agent is expected to sell 5–10 mortgage protection plans per week. We also offer a range of premium financial products to help clients save for retirement and protect their existing accounts. Training is extensive, and sales commissions are uncapped. A competitive bonus structure and incentive trips are available based on individual and team results.
No agent’s success, earnings, or production results should be viewed as typical, average, or expected. Outcomes vary with effort, training implementation, lead engagement, and customer needs in the chosen geographic area.
