• Compensation: $120,000-$130,000 per year on average, commission based on performance
• ALL leads are provided to you, no cold calling or door knocking! 2-3 pre‑set, pre‑qualified appointments a day

In this position, you will:

• Spend time with customers in their homes to determine their home improvement needs while providing outstanding customer service
• Absolutely NO cold‑calling or lead generation required. All leads are warm & pre‑confirmed
• Focus on selling
• Learn our primary product lines, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Work closely with leadership and mentors to achieve milestones
• Apply consistent effort and a great attitude to meet planned sales goals/quotas
• Promote company products and services
• Develop, present, and negotiate sales contracts
• Provide best‑in‑class customer experience
• Work a full schedule, including evenings and Saturdays

• Ability to work evening and Saturday appointments
• In‑Home Sales or Business to Consumer Sales experience is a plus
• Self‑motivated and results‑oriented
• Positivity, flexibility, determination, and a persuasive personality
• Exceptional customer service
• Ability to meet and exceed goals
• Works successfully without requiring close supervision
• Road warrior; own a reliable vehicle, have a valid driver’s license, and enjoy being on the road
