As a Maintenance Technician you will provide excellent service to our residents and will help keep the apartment community running smoothly! The ideal candidate will have a background in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliance repairs, as well as the skills to prepare apartments for new resident move ins.

Qualification- Performing routine maintenance and repairs such as plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliance repairs
- Responding to resident service requests with a friendly and positive demeanor
- Keeping the property in top shape with preventative maintenance
- Collaborating with team members to improve service efficiency
- Experience in apartment maintenance or a related field
- Knowledge of basic repairs and troubleshooting
- Ability to work on-call as needed
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Must be certified to work with refrigerant. We can assist with testing and certification.
- Tools, reliable transportation and a valid driver's license. We can assist with tools purchase if needed!
