Sky Climber Access Solutions is looking for a Scaffold Builder in our Kenner area location.
MUST NOT BE AFRAID OF HEIGHTS!!!
Day-to-Day Responsibilities- Carrying / installing / erecting rigging suspended and supported scaffold on customer sites
- Loading / unloading trucks in warehouse
- Hoist, assembly, and disassembly of platforms
- Uncoiling and lowering both electrical cord and wire ropes
- Deliveries – including loading and unloading of vehicle climbing onto and off flat bed trucks
- Work with team to safely and efficiently erect and dismantle various types of scaffolds
- Complete required job site and internal paperwork requirements daily
- Other duties as assigned
- Have the ability to carry two 50# weights at one time
- Be comfortable with physical work that requires climbing stairs and ladders frequently
- Be comfortable working at heights
- Extensive experience in erecting swing and supported scaffolds
- Bilingual a plus
- Good working knowledge of OSHA regulations regarding scaffolding
- Minimum 2 years of experience building various scaffolding types at a reputable company
- This is a safety sensitive position
Hours – M-F – 7am – 4pm (Hours will vary by workload)
Position is Hourly Non-Exempt.
