As an Air Logistics Ramp Associate, you will load and unload air freight containers, move containers from aircraft to trucks for on‑time delivery, and operate in a cross‑dock environment. This role involves handling Express packages with no or minimal storage in an open‑air, non‑temperature‑controlled facility.

• Transport, load, and unload air freight containers from aircraft within confined areas.
• Push, pull and position containers weighing up to 3,200 lbs.
• Remove tie‑downs and other gear when loading and unloading.
• Read "off‑load" sheets to determine package destinations.
• Operate ramp equipment with gross weights of 3,000 to 80,000 lbs in congested aircraft areas.
• Assist in aircraft push‑back operations with large 80,000‑lb vehicles.
• Understand and respond to verbal commands and safety warnings with or without visual aids.

• High School Diploma, GED, or international equivalent.
• One‑year experience in a similar role preferred but not required.
• Valid driver’s license (depending on station).
• Minimum age 18 years.
• Ability to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) and holidays.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English.
• Ability to understand and react to verbal commands and safety warnings with or without visual aids.

• Capability to work rotating shifts including weekends, holidays, and days off.
• Ability to judge distances.
• Effective communication skills.
• At least one year of forklift experience.

• Lift up to 50 lbs.
• Work in non‑temperature‑controlled indoor and outdoor environments across varying weather conditions.
• Stand for entire shift and move long distances across facilities.
