- Meet and greet passengers at the loading platform and provide assistance with baggage, information, and directions related to operations and other airport services.
- Communicate with Dispatchers and/or Supervisors on matters related to facilitation of service for the traveling public.
- Maintain orderly queuing and board passengers according to designed procedures.
- Assist in providing timely rotation of buses through orderly passenger queuing techniques.
- Maintain open communication with patrons and provide timely updates of information.
- Complete reports related to the type of assistance provided.
- Perform other duties as directed.
- Education Required: High School Diploma or an equivalent combination of experience and education.
- Availability to Work: May be required for 2nd shift, 3rd shift, or weekends depending on location hiring needs.
- License Requirement: Valid state‑issued driver’s license with a current address and acceptable driving record if required to drive a company vehicle.

Ability to read, write, and interpret English and present information effectively in one‑on‑one and small group situations. - Reasoning Ability: Apply common sense to carry out detailed written or oral instructions and handle problems in standardized situations.

- Judgment: Exhibit sound and accurate judgment.
- Work Environment: Moderate to high noise; moderate to high exposure to vehicle emissions, extreme temperatures, and bright sunlight; subject to all weather conditions.
- Physical Demands: Frequent standing and walking; use hands to handle objects and reach; occasional lifting up to 50 pounds; specific vision abilities for close vision; must stand, walk, and use hands and arms throughout the shift.
SALARY RANGE: $15.00 per hour (+ tips). This role is eligible for tips in addition to the posted hourly rate. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, flexible spending accounts, long/short‑term disability, life insurance, accident insurance, 401(k), and paid time off.
