What You’ll Be Doing
  • Delivering parts to customers and developing strong relationships with them.
  • Picking up parts from vendors, stocking parts accurately, and maintaining inventory.
  • Focusing on safety while driving and delivering parts.
  • Serving as a NAPA Brand Ambassador during deliveries.
  • Building long-term customer relationships.
  • Maintaining the delivery truck’s safety, cleanliness, and basic maintenance.
  • Performing other duties as needed.

  • Ability to bend, reach, stand, walk, and lift up to 60 lbs.
  • Handling cash transactions and managing returns correctly.
  • Keeping accurate delivery and pickup logs.
  • Inspecting and maintaining company assets and vehicles.
  • Clear communication skills and attentive listening.
  • Ability to navigate using maps and directions.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Valid Driver’s License.
