1600 Kenner Ave, Kenner, LA.
Schedule:
3:00 AM to 6:00 PM daily (Monday through Friday). Weekend availability is occasionally required depending on business needs.

Job DescriptionThis position involves servicing grease traps and used cooking oil bins across New Orleans, including the French Quarters and other metropolitan locations.
Key Responsibilities- Operate a vacuum truck to service large grease traps and small under‑sink grease traps.
- Navigate tight and narrow roads and connect up to 10 hoses.
- Drive and operate a straight truck; training is provided for oil‑water separator tractor‑trailers.
- Follow all DOT, state regulations, and company safety policies.
- Ensure all tasks are completed in a safe and efficient manner.
- Minimum of 1 year of verifiable commercial (or military) driving experience.
- Valid CDL Class A license—Tractor‑Trailer endorsement required before the first day of employment.
- Ability to operate a 10‑speed manual transmission.
- Vacuum truck experience is a plus.
- Ability to lift 100 lbs or more.
- No more than two moving violations within the past three years.
- No more than one DOT recordable accident within the past three years.
- Medically qualified to operate a commercial motor vehicle.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
- Must be a team player and register for the FMCSA Clearing House.
- Ability to safely navigate tight street situations (e.g., French Quarters).
- 10‑12 hour shifts, 4‑5 days a week—some Saturdays.
- Shift time: 3:00 AM start, with shifts lasting up to 12‑15 hours (65‑70 hours per week).
- Hourly pay starts at $24.75 per hour with ample overtime; pay is negotiable based on vacuum truck experience.
