POOLCORP seeks a motivated Warehouse Operations Management Trainee in Louisiana. The MIT program is an entry-level, hands-on training track based in our distribution warehouse, with six months of guidance to learn pool supply, irrigation, and landscape distribution.
Graduates can pursue nationwide Operations Supervisor/Manager roles. Training starts on-site in January 2027; relocation assistance is provided after May.
