Duties and Requirements:

Manage day-to-day bookkeeping and maintain accurate financial records using Quick Books Desktop.

Process billing, customer invoices, accounts payable (AP), and accounts receivable (AR).Reconcile financial data, review records for accuracy, and resolve discrepancies.

Use Microsoft Excel to organize, track, and reconcile accounting information.

Maintain accurate and organized accounting records and documentation.

Provide general administrative and office support in the afternoon for candidates interested in full-time hours.

Must be proficient with Quick Books Desktop and Microsoft Excel.

Previous bookkeeping, AP/AR, billing, and invoicing experience is preferred.

Strong attention to detail, organization, accuracy, and ability to work independently are essential.
