We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Assistant to join our team. The Customer Service Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support to our sales and operations teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers via phone calls and emails
  • Communicating with suppliers and internal customers to check on the progress of existing orders
  • Handling incoming calls and taking messages
  • Meeting and greeting visitors
  • Distributing mail, arranging couriers, freight carriers, and tracking of shipments
  • Maintaining files and document control
  • Responsible for the invoice management, including scanning, returning and creating invoices
  • Provide administrative support for the Customer Service Specialists (Sales)
  • Administrative support Operations Team with Inventory and Logistics
  • Other duties as directed by the District Manager or Sales Manager

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or GED required
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Intermediate level of MS Excel, with the ability to create spreadsheets and manipulate data
  • Excellent administrative skills with ability to type at least 45 WPM
  • High levels of professionalism with strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong team player and the ability to work under pressure
  • Ability to prioritize and multi task
