Superior Contracting & Maintenance is seeking a highly motivated Project Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing project logistics and ensuring seamless communication between clients, technicians, and subcontractors throughout the lifecycle of our home improvement and maintenance projects.
As a Project Coordinator, your primary duties will include scheduling, tracking project progress, managing communication channels, and supporting project managers to deliver quality results on time. Your organizational skills and attention to detail will directly contribute to customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Key responsibilities:- Coordinate schedules for technicians and subcontractors to meet project timelines
- Communicate project updates and status reports to clients and internal teams
- Manage project documentation and maintain accurate records
- Liaise with vendors to obtain quotes and manage procurement processes
- Identify potential scheduling conflicts or delays and escalation issues accordingly
- Assist in dispatching field crews and ensuring materials and permits are secured timely
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Experience in project coordination, preferably within construction, maintenance, or related industries is a plus
- Proficiency with project management or scheduling software
- Attention to detail and problem-solving aptitude
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
- Customer-oriented attitude with professionalism in client interactions
