Hybrid role out of any of our office locations. As a eCommerce Strategy Manager, you will play a critical role in defining our eCommerce vision. This role will drive strategic initiatives, partner with internal business leaders, and deliver data‑backed insights to optimize digital sales and market expansion. You’ll have a direct on meeting revenue and growth objectives by identifying commercialization needs and aligning them with platform capabilities.
ResponsibilitiesEcommerce Strategy & Market Expansion
- Partner with business intelligence and conduct personal competitive analysis/market research to identify emerging ecommerce trends (B2B & B2C).
- Partner with business segment & marketing leaders to define eCommerce commercialization plan.
- Participate in 3‑year strategic planning and eCommerce roadmap development to align with business goals.
- Identify opportunities to improve digital conversion, enhance customer experience, and optimize pricing/promotion models.
- Work cross‑functionally with Product, Marketing, Analytics, and Business Segment teams to align eCommerce initiatives with company objectives.
- Partner with Marketing and Go‑to‑market to define product enablement backlog based on opportunity and strategic priorities.
- Advocate for digital commerce best practices and influence senior leadership on key investment decisions.
- Partner with the analytics team to track eCommerce KPIs, measure success against strategic goals, and provide actionable insights via recurring scorecard reviews.
- Assess product performance by region, segment, and customer type to recommend optimizations. Present findings and recommendations to leadership on how to accelerate eCommerce revenue growth.
- 5‑8+ years of experience in eCommerce strategy and digital commerce.
- Proven experience in B2B and B2C eCommerce and background in commercialization planning.
- Strong analytical skills – ability to interpret data, create insights, and make strategic recommendations.
- Experience working in a global, matrixed organization, influencing multiple stakeholders.
- Self‑starter who enjoys deep research and problem‑solving with a data‑first approach.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage senior leadership.
