Your role will involve supporting our dynamic team by creating submissions, estimating costs, and providing comprehensive takeoffs for construction ventures. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of one year of experience in construction estimation, along with exceptional communication and project management abilities.

• Interface with the construction project managers to oversee and coordinate the bid process for vendors and subcontractors
• Examine specifications, proposals, and construction documents to understand the project as a whole
• Prepare estimates, written proposals, budgets, costs, and updates for clients and project managers
• Inspect the construction site to collect the necessary client requirement information
• Provide accurate and clear quantity takeoff information
• Provide a detailed list of materials and assess the total construction costs

• Must have a minimum of 1 year of experience with Xactimate and Symbility
• Understanding of accounting, data and risk analysis, research methodology, and estimation metrics is vital
• Excellent project management

• Excellent communication skills are necessary
• At least one year of experience in the construction industry - project estimating or construction management is necessary
