We are seeking an experienced Commercial Framing Project Manager to oversee and coordinate framing projects from pre-construction through completion. This role is responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to quality and safety standards.
Base pay range$/yr - $/yr
Responsibilities- Prepare and monitor project budgets, including labor and materials.
- Coordinate with general contractors, architects, suppliers, and internal crews.
- Read and interpret construction drawings, specs, and contracts.
- Manage commercial wood and/or metal framing projects from start to finish.
- 5+ years of experience in commercial framing (wood or metal), with 2+ years in a management or supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes.
